The Challenge
Krieder is well-established locally with a solid reputation and brand foundation. However, the online presence required the same level of detail to appeal to their on-occasion celebrity clientele and bring in-line with their luxury interior service. ONYX was tasked to deliver a comparable showroom-like experience, coupled with unique aesthetic to carve their position in the market and drawer new customers to their new showroom. With an ever-increasing range of products and services, one of the key aspects of the build was to develop their first eCommerce integration and test a new B2C direction for the successful business.
The Outcome
Our redesign repositioned the brand online and saw a dramatic increase in leads on their products across the existing and new furniture services we implemented. ONYX delivered Krieder a flagship digital experience the customers would relish coming back to and saw a 200% boost in session time across the site with the increased level of engagement. The new site provides a unique brand aesthetic and perfectly compliments the wider branding across all touch points including; magazine marketing, vehicle liveries and social media campaigns.
